DIVING.BERLIN appreciates the trust you place in us when you visit our website. We are a diving school based in Berlin (Germany) that offers diving courses, diving equipment and diving trips.

We are a Germany-based company and operate web servers hosted in Germany. REGISTRATION DATA
When you register on our website, we store your chosen username and email address, as well as any other personal information that is added to your user profile. You can view, edit or delete your personal information at any time (except for changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

PURCHASE DATES
In order to receive product support, you must have one or more Diving.Berlin customer accounts on our website. These customer accounts are stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is necessary so that we can provide you with downloads, product support and other customer services.

DATA SUPPORT
If you are registered on our website and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. Support form submissions will be sent directly to Diving.Berlin. Only the data you specifically provided will be sent, and you will be asked for your consent each time you want to create a new support ticket.

COMMENTS
