Return & Exchanges: 
If you’d like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for credit, a different product, or a refund using the original payment method.

Defective & Incorrect:
Of course, these goods will be taken back by us. You will receive your purchase price, a credit note or a replacement of the goods against return.

Condition of return:
Item must be returned BRAND NEW with lable (even if used only once, it is no longer brand new and non-returnable)

Return item as used:
We do not accept goods that have suffered a depreciation in value that IS related to improper handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish the properties, functioning or nature of the goods. Here we charge a processing fee of 60% -100% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the goods. Goods that have been taken into the water by the customer will be taken back for a processing fee of 100% of the purchase price.
